  • Acceptance of Terms
    • By accessing or using the IHeartStudy platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
  • Definitions
    • Platform" means the IHeartStudy website and all related services, including but not limited to online courses, tools, and resources.
    • "User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
    • "Content" means any and all information, data, text, images, audio, video, or other materials that are posted on or uploaded to the Platform by Users.
  • Account Creation and Use
    • To create an account on the Platform, you must provide your name, email address, and other required information. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date.
    • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether you authorized it. You must keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately notify us.
  • Billing and Automatic Renewals
    • membership subscription renewal fees will be automatically charged to your card on file each subscription period (monthly or yearly), until you cancel.
    • By starting your IHeartStudy membership, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you the membership fee associated with the term of your membership (e.g., monthly or yearly) you chose during registration. Thereafter, we will automatically renew your subscription on each (monthly or yearly) anniversary of your subscription date
    • You acknowledge that the amount billed each billing period may vary for reasons that include differing amounts due to changes in your membership plan, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes. If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in Payment Method, such as your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your Payment Method information from your Membership details page.
    • You must cancel your membership before it renews each billing period to avoid billing of the next membership fee to your Payment Method. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each month or year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership.
    • Cancellation of Automatic Renewals. You may cancel your IHeartStudy membership at any time, and cancellation will be effective immediately. You will continue to have access to the program until the current billing period ends. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used membership periods.
  • Intellectual Property
    • All Content on the Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform without our express written permission.
  • Privacy and Data Protection
    • We collect and use certain information about Users in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Acceptable Use
    You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and appropriate manner. You will not:
    • Post or upload any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or hateful.
    • Post or upload any Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.
    • Use the Platform to engage in any commercial activity without our express written permission.
    • Transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code through the Platform.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
  • Disputes and Liability
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Egypt
    • We are not liable for any damages caused by your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • Free Trials
    • Your IHeartStudy membership may start with a free trial option. IHeartStudy reserves the right to add/remove the free trial option at its sole discretion or whenever is deemed convenient. You will be notified of the duration of the free trial period during sign-up. The free trial option offers new potential members and certain former members to try the service without a subscription.
    • Free trial eligibility is determined by the IHeartStudy service at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to avert free trial abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your free trial and put your account on hold in case we decide that you are not eligible.
  • Termination
    • We may terminate your account and/or access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice or explanation.
  • Changes to Terms
    • We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Platform and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
