• Billing Cycle
  • Your subscription fee to the IHeartStudy service and any other charges you may incur in conjunction with your use of our services, such as taxes and probable transaction fees, will be charged to your account, through the particular Payment Method that you have chosen upon signing up for the service, on the specific billing date designated on your "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle is dependent on the subscription plan that you have chosen upon signing up. We automatically charge your account at the start of your billing period. Your renewal date may change due to any updates or changes in your subscription plan. As outlined below, we reserve the right to change your billing date, in case your payment is not settled successfully due to issues with your Payment Method. Please note that subscription fees are fully charged and earned upon payment.
• Payment Methods
  • In order to use the IHeartStudy service you are required to provide a Payment Method when signing up for the first time. By so doing, you authorize us to charge the Payment Method associated with your account for payment of your subscription fee. Any uncollected funds or failure to settle your payments due to expiration of your card, or insufficient funds will remain your sole responsibility. In this case, if you do not opt-out of our service and cancel your subscription, we will suspend your access to the service until we manage to successfully charge your Payment Method. For some payment methods through third parties, you may be charged some additional fees, such as transaction fees or any other fees related to the processing of your payment. Please check with your payment method service provider for details.
• Cancellation
  • You can cancel your IHeartStudy subscription at any time while maintaining access to the service till the end date of your billing period. Please note that payments are non-refundable, and we do not grant refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. For cancellation, please follow the instructions on the "Subscription" page. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be automatically closed at the end of your billing period.
• Changes to Pricing and Subscription Plans
  • We reserve the right to change, update, and expand our subscription plans as well as the cost of our service from time to time; nevertheless, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will apply only to successive billing cycles after notifying you of the relevant changes.
